Storm Damage – Northampton Office Building

Storm damage to this Northampton office building was the result of the roof being damaged during a terrible thunderstorm packing high winds. The roof damage allowed a large amount of rainwater to enter the top floor of the building. The before photo shows the flooded hallways. We placed tarps on the damaged sections of the roof and arranged for the repair of the roof. We moved on to clean up the water with powerful extraction equipment. We had to remove all of the baseboards in the affected areas so the drywall could be dried. We positioned commercial air movers throughout the floor along with dehumidifiers to enhance the drying process.
