Granby Storm Ravaged Roof

A strong storm, along with significant wind shear, blew over this might maple tree onto a roof in Granby. Fortunately, the back area of the house was not occupied during this mishap. Our SERVPRO of Hampshire County crew soon arrived and immediately secured the exterior of the structure. Gas-powered chain saws made short work of the tree removal from the roof. Our team could then tarp the storm damaged area to keep out the elements and any curious vermin. The restoration of the interior damage was minimal except for the damaged rafters, fascia boards and the corner of the roof.
